Most clients have insurance that covers part, most or all of the session costs. The prices noted above are before insurance. For clients who have out of network insurance, I provide everything you need to seek reimbursement from your insurance company.

Personal Coaching
Personal Coaching is a developing field and is appropriate for persons who are not experiencing issues that need therapy to be addressed, yet want to improve or explore their level of functioning in one or more areas.
Most coaches have a niche clientele. My niche is working with women who have chronic illness/disabilities who feel held back and want to move forward in self-esteem, positive outlook, and/or deeper or re-claimed sense of self.
