My passion is helping others move forward. Often, my clients need to reclaim a healthy space after suffering from depression, anxiety or trauma. Others seek help in healing a wounded relationship. Families seek assistance in adapting to changing circumstances or challenging relationships with their adolescent children. 

We live in a complex, information-overload society in which we have intense pressure from social media to be, do, or look very different from who we are at our core. 

I meet my clients in whatever space they are emotionally inhabiting, and discover where each client wants to go. Together, we create a pathway to move you closer to your goals. 

I specialize in working with depression, anxiety issues, relationship challenges, trauma, persons with chronic illness and chronic pain, and phase of life issues. I also specialize in providing therapy for other therapists, health care workers, and persons working in higher education.

With 20 years of private practice experience, and teaching in higher education for over 20 years, I enjoy connecting with others and helping them move forward. I hope to meet you soon.
